Philly

LP³ operates two homeless shelters partnered with and sponsored by the City of Philadelphia. These homeless shelters operate under the Single Room Occupancy (SRO) model. The first location is located on Wyndale Ave in West Philadelphia & the second location is located in Northeast Philadelphia on Torresdale Ave.

Our Torresdale Location

This location houses up to 37 guests, and our Wyndale location houses up to 10 guests for a total of 47 residents that are transitioning into permanent housing at any given time. Our average length of stay is about 4 months. We are very proud of the work we are doing in combating homelessness in the city of Philadelphia. To date, we have a 100% success rate for guests who complete the program. We also have a 90% success rate overall. The 90% rate is based upon individuals who came into the program but left prematurely because they felt unprepared and sometimes undeserving of permanent housing.

We will continue working with the city until every single homeless person in Philadelphia has housing, especially our veterans!
